Putting on our toques, tightening our belts, and taking big risks for you, we opened our doors, not knowing if you would come in large numbers, all to introduce you to wonderful local artisanal products. Time flies! Ten years have already passed, and we want to thank everyone who has helped the shop flourish: all these years of sharing with our customers have been extraordinary and have allowed us to adapt the shop to your tastes. We also want to thank everyone who believed in our project throughout these wonderful years, and we don't know how to express our gratitude to all the employees who have worked so hard to keep the shop open and thriving! We've had some wonderful adventures and fabulous encounters over the years, and it's truly a privilege to discuss beer with you, our valued customers.
